Founded in 2016 by the Princeton University Seeger Center for Hellenic Studies, the Princeton Athens Center for Research and Hellenic Studies provides an array of innovative educational opportunities for Princeton faculty and students to pursue onsite research and learning in Greece.

The Princeton Athens Center is located in the Stanley J. Seeger ’52 House, in the Pangrati neighborhood of Athens, in one of the most diverse and culturally rich neighborhoods of Athens.

The Stanley J. Seeger ’52 House, is a 1930s-era townhouse in downtown Athens renovated by Nasos Antachopoulos and Yannis Younis of Athens-based A6Architects.
